Our app runs on Android 7 and above, and iOS 12 and above. We do not list our app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store—instead, we provide a direct download link for Android APK and a web-app bookmark for iOS. This approach keeps our service nimble and available without reliance on store approval processes that may take weeks.

App versus Web Browser
Our native Android app caches sportsbook data—matchups, odds, and your account history—so the app loads instantly even on slower networks. Device Compatibility and Requirements
Android devices require Android 7.0 (API level 24) or higher; we recommend Android 9 and above for optimal performance. iOS users need iOS 12 or later; we recommend iOS 14 and above. Devices with 2 GB of RAM or more will run the app smoothly. Our web app works on any modern browser—Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge—on phones and tablets. If your device is older or runs an unsupported OS version, use our responsive web version instead; no installation is required, and it behaves like a native app when you add it to your home screen.
Storage space and permissions
The app requires approximately 50 MB of free storage and requests permission to access your camera (for account verification) and contacts (to auto-populate your mobile field during registration). We do not share these permissions with third parties.
Troubleshooting Installation Issues
If your download fails, check your internet connection and try again. Some phones block APK installs by default; navigate to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable the toggle. If your browser warns that the APK is unsafe or unverified, this is expected—Android flags non-Play-Store apps as unverified. Tap Install anyway to proceed. If you see a certificate error, your device's certificate store may be outdated; go to Settings → Apps → Google Play Services → Storage → Clear Cache, then try again. If installation succeeds but the app refuses to open, ensure your phone's date and time are correct—many security checks depend on accurate time. For persistent issues, use our web app instead; no installation is required.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
We at olxhoki encrypt your password and store it using industry-standard hashing—we never see or log your plaintext password. Your login sessions are secured with HTTPS encryption and short-lived tokens that expire after inactivity. When you upload your ID and address proof during verification, we store those documents in encrypted cloud storage and delete them after 90 days unless you dispute a withdrawal. Our app does not require access to your contacts, calendar, or files beyond what is needed for account verification. Push notifications come from our servers directly to your phone and do not contain sensitive information (your actual bet slips remain private until you open the app). If your phone is lost or stolen, sign into your account from another device, change your password, and notify our support team; we can freeze your account and process any pending withdrawals to your registered payment method. Your account is yours; we do not share your data with third parties or sell it to advertisers.
